Job Posting: Assistant Boys Basketball Coach

The RRHS CTE Law and Public Safety II students were actively engaged in using the 911 simulator, which is designed to teach them proper communication skills essential for emergency response. Students are gaining valuable practice in applying communication protocols and procedures in simulated real-life situations. By learning and implementing proper 911 communication SOPs, students are developing the professional skills needed to succeed in the field.

Flag Football Results, 9/22

The Rio Rico High School Dual Enrollment and Pima Community College Administration of Justice students visited the Santa Cruz County Superior Court. They observed law and motion proceedings to connect classroom learning from AJS101 with real world practice. Students had the valuable opportunity to interact with the Honorable Judge V. Cartwright. Court Clerk Juan Pablo Guzman kindly guided the visit and shared his experiences. This experience reflects RRHS/CTE strong commitment to providing students with hands-on experiences.

This week's Top Hawk award goes to head football coach, Dominik Bonilla. The Hawks beat Amphi last night 42-6 for Bonilla's first W1N as Rio Rico's head coach. Congratulations!
