A Message from Our Principal

Dear Families,

Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year! We truly have an amazing team and are looking forward to growing with you and your student this year. We will continue striving for growth and achievement to offer the best for our Hawk families!

For the third year, we will offer the Hawk tech tutoring and family English classes funded by the 21st Century Community Learning Center grant.

Hawk tech extended day tutoring provides support to all students before and after school. We provide a snack and transportation, plus students that attend regularly (at least 30 days) obtain their required 20 hours of RSI for the school year.

Services available include math and English intervention tutoring, homework help (separate 9th grade, bilingual, and 10th-12th grade classes), Cambridge, AP study groups, and daily sports and computer enrichment after academic sessions.

Tutoring runs from September 10, 2018, to May 16, 2019. The hours are as follows:

  • Monday - 3:45–5:15 p.m.
  • Tuesday/Thursday - 8:00–8:45 a.m. and 3:45–5:15 p.m.
  • Wednesday - 8:00–8:30 a.m.

The bus leaves school at 5:20 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Family English classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:008:00 p.m. for 30 weeks. Class begins on September 10 in room 806.

Don't forget to follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to see the latest happenings around campus.

Go, Hawks!

Sincerely,

Shelly Vroegh
